Data processing agreement

For customers whose projects process personal data through Clayde Cloud, this agreement covers our processor obligations. It applies automatically to paid plans at launch.

Scope

When your Clayde project processes end-user personal data, you're the controller and Clayde (Three.group) is the processor. We process only on your instructions — to run, host and back up your project.

Commitments

Process personal data only to provide the service; keep it segregated per project in isolated cloud machines; apply encryption in transit and at rest; notify you of any breach without undue delay; delete or return data when the project ends; and use vetted subprocessors (listed on request) under equivalent terms.
