Summary
Use Clayde to build things you have the right to build. You own the code and content Clayde generates for you. Don't use it for anything illegal, harmful or abusive. The service is pre-launch; features may change.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe and tell us fast at [email protected] if something looks wrong. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Your content and code
Projects, code and data you create or import stay yours. We store and process them only to run the service. Export is always available on paid plans.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy lists what's off-limits — malware, harassment, infringement and the like. Violations can end accounts.
Beta notice
Clayde is in pre-launch. Availability, credits and pricing are finalized at launch, and these terms will be updated and emailed to waitlist members before general availability.
