What we collect

Your email address when you join the waitlist (stored by our email provider, used only to send launch news and the welcome email). Basic, aggregated analytics about page visits after you consent — see the cookie policy. When Clayde launches: account details, billing information via our payment processor, and the projects you build.

What we never do

Where data lives

With vetted processors: our email platform, our analytics provider (Google Analytics, IP-anonymized), our payment processor, and Clayde's own cloud infrastructure. Data protection agreements are available on request.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, ask for deletion, or unsubscribe at any time — email [email protected] or use the link in any email. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure and portability; we honor them for everyone.
